Promoting security and stability in the South Caucasus and Central Asia was the topic of the 14th Annual Conference of the Partnership for Peace Consortium held in Tbilisi, June 19-20, 2012.
In his welcome remarks, Lt. Gen. (ret.) Keith W. Dayton, Director of the George C. Marshall Center for European Security Studies and chairman of the consortium’s Senior Advisory Council, emphasizes the importance in promoting partnerships and strengthening defense and security education.
