With the submission of a manuscript (Work), the corresponding author should confirm that the research work is original work of the author(s) and has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis or as an electronic preprint), and also that it has not been submitted for the consideration of publication elsewhere. The submission implies that the publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities/institutions where the work was carried out.
In case of acceptance, all authors are required to sign a Copyright Release Agreement (a blank form is available for download below) prior to publication and to send it to the George C. Marshall Center, acting on behalf of the Partnership for Peace Consortium. By signing the form authors warrant that they are sole owners of all rights in, hold the complete and undivided copyright interest in the respective Work, and grant to the Center a non-exclusive license for print publication and other uses of the Work for the duration of its copyright in all languages, throughout the world, in all media, as well as the right to receive and to administer permissions and non-exclusive licensing agreements relating to the Work.
The Center guarantees that it will provide appropriate credit to the author(s) of the Work in all copies of the Work in any format.
