On Strategy

Abstract:

In a presentation to policy experts at the Diplomatic Academy in Kyiv, Ukraine, Amb. Ratchev examines five main themes: (1) How to frame the discourse on “the strategic”; (2) Strategic theory and thinking' (3) strategy, plan and process; (4) Analysis at the strategic level; and (5) the main issues in drafting a strategy.
