Abstract:

Во многих международных и национальных документах указано, что высшие учебные заведения должны обеспечивать квалифицированных педагогов и содействовать профессиональному развитию преподавателей в интересах обучения студентов. В системе высшего образования Республики Хорватия большинство преподавателей не получают специализированной подготовки в области педагогики. Хотя они обладают необходимыми профессиональными знаниями своего предмета, им часто не хватает методической подготовки, необходимой для эффективного преподавания в системе высшего образования. В связи с этим авторы данной статьи намерены показать необходимость непрерывного обучения гражданских и военных преподавателей по сертифицированной программе непрерывного развития педагогических компетенций. Непрерывное обучение должно производиться на специальных курсах и быть обязательным для исполнения преподавательских обязанностей и продвижения на научно-преподавательские должности.
